DESCRIPTION

Astilbe 'Little Visions in Pink' is a charming dwarf variety prized for its compact habit and vibrant, fluffy pink flower plumes that rise above the fern-like foliage in mid to late summer. This low-growing perennial is perfect for adding long-lasting color and texture to shaded garden areas. It thrives in moist, well-drained soil and is ideal for borders, woodland gardens, or as a colorful groundcover where a pop of pink is desired.

PLANTING & CARE

Plant in part to full shade in rich, moist, well-drained soil. Keep the soil consistently moist, especially during hot, dry periods. Apply a layer of mulch to help retain moisture. Cut back spent flower stalks after blooming and remove old foliage in late fall or early spring. Divide clumps every 3-4 years in spring to maintain vigor.
