Medium growing, mounding, deciduous shrub to about 4 to 6 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide. Hardy to about -10 degrees F. Best in partial shade. Abundant, showy clusters of red mophead flowers in mid to late summer. Depending on soil acidity.
