DESCRIPTION

Lupinus WESTCOUNTRY™ 'Masterpiece' is a stunning hybrid lupine prized for its spectacular tall flower spikes in a vibrant blend of deep purple and butter yellow. This bold perennial creates a dramatic vertical accent in sunny borders and cottage gardens from late spring into early summer. Its densely packed, pea-like flowers are a magnet for pollinators like bees and butterflies, adding valuable wildlife interest to the landscape. Plant in well-drained soil with consistent moisture for best performance, and consider deadheading spent blooms to encourage a potential second flush of color. This show-stopping selection is sure to be the centerpiece of your garden.

PLANTING & CARE

Plant in a location with full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Water regularly to establish, then provide average moisture. Tall flower spikes may require staking in windy areas. Deadheading spent blooms can promote a second, lighter flush of flowers.
