Rosa David Austin® 'Eustacia Vye' (pink)
DETAILS AND CARE
This deciduous shrub rose showcases a bushy, upright habit and is renowned for its sweetly fragrant, soft pink rosette blooms with subtle apricot hues nestled at the center. Recommended for USDA hardiness zones 5–9, it thrives in temperatures ranging from 60–85°F and prefers full sun with well-drained, nutrient-rich, slightly acidic to neutral soil. Its lush green foliage contrasts beautifully with the delicate flower color, while its dense growth habit lends itself well to hedging or container planting. Fall foliage may remain green or develop dull yellow tones, depending on environmental conditions. It generally reaches a mature height of 4 feet with a width of 2.5 feet. Though not entirely deer-resistant, its thorny stems offer some natural deterrence, and it occasionally produces small decorative hips after flowering. This reliably reblooming variety brings beauty and charm to cottage gardens, borders, and mixed plantings.
