Sempervivum Chick Charms® Chocolate Kiss™

Sempervivum 'Chocolate Kiss', part of the Chick Charms® collection, is a captivating perennial succulent prized for its unique, rich chocolate-brown foliage that deepens in color with cool temperatures and full sun exposure. This low-growing, evergreen rosette produces tight clusters of spoon-shaped leaves, forming perfect mounds that multiply readily to create a dense, colorful groundcover. Gardeners love it for its extreme drought tolerance, cold hardiness, and dramatic, year-round color that adds striking contrast to rock gardens, containers, and alpine troughs. It thrives in very well-drained, gritty soil and requires minimal care, needing only full sun and occasional watering once established.

Plant in full sun for best color development. Requires excellent drainage; use gritty, sandy, or rocky soil. Water sparingly, allowing soil to dry completely between waterings. Extremely drought tolerant once established. Remove spent mother rosettes after flowering to encourage the surrounding offsets.
